I am a Scottish aerialist and acrobat currently based in Glasgow. Growing up I trained and competed in acrobatic gymnastics as a base in a women's pair and women's trio. I went on to study Chemistry at university, completing both a BSc(Hons) and PhD. During my time at university I discovered and fell in love with both trampolining and circus. From the ages of 17-24 I trained and competed in trampoline and double mini trampoline at both national and international level, winning a number of medals and titles. My circus career began while working for a summer in 2009 (and then again in 2010) at French Woods Festival of the Performing Arts, teaching children a huge variety of circus disciplines. Back in Scotland I worked for Spinal Chord teaching and performing, including performances at the National Museum of Scotland, O2 Academy, O2 ABC and The Gleneagles Hotel. I recently worked with Paper Doll Militia on their Edinburgh based version of the aerial theatre piece Warped and am currently teaching with Aerial Edge. I now specialise in aerial straps and corde lisse but have experience performing most aerial circus disciplines as well as acrobalance and poi. Please contact me for performances and workshops.
